I'm sure they'll find in a nearby Cash Generator or similar.

You can't do that, it's against his human rights.

Seems to me that these days the victim's human rights are worth a lot less than the criminal's.

Seem to be a lot of attacks on the disabled and elderly in recent years. There's surely a market here for some defence systems built into wheelchairs and walking frames.
