In principle this is actually good for the feet as the fish only eat the dead skin, however in practice this would only work if the water is regularly replaced with clean water rather than what usually happens is that after an hour or so the water is that nasty any positive effect is out weight by the tulip in the water

It's been going on in Turkey for years.
Trouble is the EU elf-n-safety Nazis are onto it now, on the grounds that the fish can, or could in theory (so they claim), spread fungal infections from one person's foot to someone else's.
