If I did 26/8, the agency could not afford me. So I had to stick to 7/5 for the time being.

You're missing the point. This profile isn't aimed at us, it's aimed at other agencies recruiting for new agents.

We look at it and think "What a knob", another agent looks at it and thinks "He looks good, lets hire him."

I live on the web, managing a tech savvy team of digital generation recruiters. And love every second of it.

In a nutshell we work with clients where online, high profile websites (be that in web design, development, marketing or management) is critical to business success.

But essentially we do more than just recruit. We remain socially aware of emerging web trends, network habitually in the and are proud to truly consider ourselves 24/7 operators.

    Agent profile of the day

My experience beds together 4 solid years of Web focussed recruitment with a borderline unhealthy obsession for social media across the likes of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Couple this with routine networking and you should get some idea of what I'm all about.

Our specialist field allows to diversify a tiny bit from generic recruitment methods, retaining the core elements that make good recruiters a valuable resource for business, whilst embracing the inevitable trend towards more innovative ways of attracting passionate and forward thinking IT Gurus.

I'm a true 25/7 (yes I squeeze out an extra hour!) recruiter and am happy to be contacted if you feel I may be able to help
