Haven't playerd with it much so far but I'll give it a go. We got one of those for Chrimbo. Quite good fun but too many of the "exercises" do you very little good. If you stretch before etc... and ensure to have the proper shoes then fine, its the long term damage/wear and tear on ligaments, hips, knees, ankles, I know way too many ex runners who've had hip replacements/knee operations etc...Originally posted by minestrone View Post1 hour running == 4 hours walking

I've also put on about a stone since my post-LEJOG larditude. Knackered my hip running so that's a no goer.
