    It doesn't hurt much though.

Last night I heard my cartilage singing this song:
"Ooh eek. Creaky, creaky, stiff, stiff."
Woke up this morning with mobility gone.
"Ooh eek. Creaky, creaky, stiff, stiff.
    Creaky, creaky, stiff, stiff" ouch!

Last night I heard my knee bone singing this song:
"Ooh creak. Gratey, gratey, grind screek.
    Gratey, gratey, grind screek. Snap."
Woke up this morning with my energy gone.
"Ooh creak. Gratey, gratey, grind screek.
    Gratey, gratey, grind screek. Snap."

    Let's go now.
Last night I heard my body singing this song:
"Snow's wet. Bladder's full up deep, deep."
Woke up this morning and my control was gone.
Bed's wet. Think I'm gonna weep, weep.
    Dirty, cold, wee-filled bed.

    All together now.
Last night I heard my bowels singing this song:
"Ooh, peep. Dirty, squirty, peep, peep."
Woke up this morning and my bowels had gone.
"Ooh tulip. Dirty, dirty white sheet.
    Dirty, dirty white sheet. Shit."

Let me hear y'all singing now
Last night I heard my ankle singing this song
"Soo weak. Grindy, grindy, creak, creak".
Woke up this morning and my childhood was gone.

Switch back from the high heels to your court shoes and you will be fine. And losing a couple of stones would be no bad thing either Mr Wobble!
