Whole area, and that street in particular wired up to Telewest, but not that new build house ffs - had no choice but to use Sky (excellent btw - good communal dish so easy install), pity Broadband is inevitably involvew BT, however at least I am near exchange so it should be good...

Sky is good. Won't go as far as saying ADSL is good - however it's the only choice, tried it with BT but they gave same install date - it all goes via OpenReach anyway so common bottleneck does not matter who is the provider.

I hope they don't screw that up - Sky warned that if OpenReach tech can't see you on install date (£40 cost) then next appointment can cost like £100!!!

It's a bad thing for you - if I can't play DODS then I'll just have to post tulip on here in the evenings...

Or I just watch good stuff on Sky

BT buggered up ADSL order on new house or something? Not been on here much recently so apologies if you have posted elsewhere...
