I saw a guy attempt a 2 lb steak once, and I reckon I could have finished it off. But not the massive plate of chips , plates of salad and stuff that went with it.
I often order two steaks, totalling 500grams or more in a local restaurant after a rugby match, as well as a hefty starter and a good rich pudding. After a game I feel like I could eat a cow quite easily. However, this is after vigorous physical exercise; people who do this without the exercise will end up looking like exhibit2;

Unsuprisingly it's an American invention. Evidently one layer of filling and two slices of bread that make up a normal sandwich isn't enough for the fat ****ers so an extra layer was added. I'm just surprised they don't deep fry the thing as well to add even more calories to it.
If you think it through, they'd have even more food if they made 2 normal sandwiches though.
