Ah this looks like a translation.
In England everybody is a Developer, but in Germany there are male developers and female developers a bit like waiter and waitress. So the translator probably puts on m/f to translate this.

What does f/m or m/w mean?
have seen a few job postings for consultancy positions advertised in europe,
france, germany, switz etc
they all have f/m or m/w at the end of the job title.
Senior Consultant f/m
Enterprise Consultant m/w
Is this full/time part/time ?
