Ah this looks like a translation.

In England everybody is a Developer, but in Germany there are male developers and female developers a bit like waiter and waitress. So the translator probably puts on m/f to translate this.

started a topic What does f/m or m/w mean?

What does f/m or m/w mean?

have seen a few job postings for consultancy positions advertised in europe,

    france, germany, switz etc

they all have f/m or m/w at the end of the job title.

    Senior Consultant f/m

    Enterprise Consultant m/w

    Is this full/time part/time ?

    anyone shine the light?
