Dont waste a small fortune on those electronic cat repellants. I got one and when I looked out my window once there was a cat in front nodding its head about like it really dug the rhythm.
How about playing Cliff Richard CDs as a repellant? I am sure even a cat's musical taste can't be that bad.

Get a bigger cat.
Get a dog.
Build a higher fence.
Run very quickly at it while waving your arms and legs (is that possible?) about in a scary way.
Worry about something more important.

You could also put chilli powder and pepper down, as that did the trick when I had problems with neighbours cats in London.
Failing that get your own, then you won't have cattulip in your garden and your cat will just tulip in everyone elses
