    Microchip in the ball?

    Following our disallowed goal earlier I can understand them not wanting to use playback/camera data in refereeing, BUT what about the idea of microchipping the ball to give off a signal when it's over the line? I'm surprised that was rejected in trials and would love to know why. What does everyone else think?
