They're exceptions to the rule. And even they didn't display too much technical proficiency in the last game.
Admittedly technical proficiency doesn't matter as much as team commitment, work rate and mental attitude as Germany shows, but I'm afraid England don't have those qualities either and that is why I can't forgive them.
