People without houses are getting poorer, as are people with houses that want better houses. We're getting poorer. Pretty soon the cost of more basic things has surely got to rise too. Boomed. And all Cameron's fault.

The annual rate of house price increases reached its highest level since November 2007, the government's own data shows.
Property prices rose by 9.7% year-on-year in March - the 12th consecutive month of annual price rises, the Department for Communities said.
Recession? People have never had it so good. I blame Gordon.

Pound plummeting, taxes rising, inflation rampant, unemployment growing......but at least amongst all this you can rely on house prices booming!
