People without houses are getting poorer, as are people with houses that want better houses. We're getting poorer. Pretty soon the cost of more basic things has surely got to rise too. Boomed. And all Cameron's fault.

BBC News - UK house prices rose in March, says government
The annual rate of house price increases reached its highest level since November 2007, the government's own data shows.
Property prices rose by 9.7% year-on-year in March - the 12th consecutive month of annual price rises, the Department for Communities said.
