    I find that making a list is very helpful for getting things off the mind.

    FWIW, I'm usually asleep 30 seconds after my head hits the pillow, but I always have a podcast playing in my ear.

    Changing time zones every two weeks isn't going to help with sleep patterns. But sounds like you're fluey - I don't think lack of sleep would cause sweats and palpitations.

It doesn't help that when I booked into this hotel on Thursday afternoon I was beginning to feel unwell. I went to bed at 5pm Thursday and I've literally only just woken up properly now, 36 hours later.
