Hmmm, don't know, but public schoolboys all tell strange tales of what goes on at other public schools. Having been to two public schools, I´m not entirely skeptical about some of the strange tales.

Eton has a reputation among the public schools. Westminster's worse though, and that's Nick Clegg's school.

There is a lot of bigotry flying around. There seems to be a lot of elitist snobs who are distinctly uneasy about being looked down upon by Etonians.

LibDem policies seem to be more left wing than Labour (i.e. less tax for the poor, promising to pay for it with tax rises for the rich and anti-avoidance measures that we know won't work, not paying back the deficit, etc.). Perhaps a Lab-Con coalition is more likely than a Lib-Con.

LibDems are still largely a democratically run party with strong influence from the grass roots level on party policy. The majority of LibDem party members wouldn't wear a LibCon pact even if Conservative Central Office wanted it.

Apart from policy differences thats the big differentiator between the LibDems and Labour/Conservative. The two main parties are very tightly controlled from the center and the membership has very little say in party policy.

SNP - Only likely to get about 15 MPs and they are lefties, but they have a common enemy in Labour, and giving more Scottish independence would scotch Labour's principle power-base in the UK.

UKIP - not likely to have many MPs, if any.

The Irish - I've forgotten who is what over there, but I think some are Tory-minded.

Frank Field - only likely to be one MP though
