Well I'm going to Naaarwich tomorrow, so if these agents send me one, they can hang on tenterhooks until I get back.

Fairly standard email, I get at least 1 like that a month and often one a week. They've been a common sight for at least the last decade as far as I'm concerned.
They continue to send this type of thing out as there are plenty of people who haven't wised up to the fact that the agents are just on a fishing trip, are unlikely to ever have any work for them and fall for it.
