I think those Climate scientists (who used to be called weathermen) spend far too much time thinking about schoolgirls in short skirts.

The phrase now is "Climate Change". As the earth heats up, you get more energy in the system, and it becomes more chaotic. That means more extremes, and that means colder winters, warmer summers, wetter summers, colder summers, hotter winters. Or something...

btw - Siberia has two seasons. Winter, and 5th August.
