I'm working with intelligent engineers and have real IT professionals for colleagues. Contractors are hired for specialist skills and are actually trusted and respected!Originally posted by d000hg View PostHow dare you both have contracts that are bearable
Or do you?
I'm still coming to terms with the quantity and quality of the crumpet. On 1st March the heating was turned off and it was like a chapel hat peg seller's convention. Except for the 'bouncer' who was evidently stealing Scammel wheel nuts. The next day they all came in in woollies, but the heating was on full blast, so they all had to strip off, in some cases to the t-shirt/vesty things some wear under their blouses / tops.
And, occasionally, I get some work done.

I am and an extension is also in the offing (been here nearly 6 months). Also not hating the contract. Working with professionals makes a huge difference.Originally posted by d000hg View PostThere's also been no threads from you two about being benched or in contracts you hate... which is also a downturn in CUK forum quality especially for us late-night posters.
How dare you both have contracts that are bearable
Or do you? SY are you working right now?

CUK observation
Of late there have been no threads about the economy, the stock market, doom, global doom, conspiracy theories, currency collapses, the new world order.
And it's got to stop.
Where's the doom? We've got some catching up to do.
