I know someone who can do that for you providing you need wings for fighters or UAV's and not commercial aircraft.

The nhv is an aerospace term as in validated high pressure shaft speed or is it used elsewhere.

I presume that you are injecting water to increase thrust. You will need a water ethanol mix and a fine injector. I presume you have made the gas turbine with a couple of old car turbochargers.

My guess is the you are tying to trigger a digital sensor with an analogue signal. You will need a D/A converter

either attach an attenuator to the T30 line, or try running the turbine hot and dry. You could also try replacing the feedback line with a false reading i.e. attach a watch battery or some such

Is that enough to generate 1.21 jiggawatts?

We're going to take the engine to the local swimming pool and see if we can get it to suck some water up. Some of us may have to get in the pool. Any suggestions on suitable attire ?
Chicken suit, so you can carry out the bird ingestion test at the same time.

Try the local duckpond instead - they are usually only a foot deep.

If it's powerful enough you can try a bird ingestion test at the same time...
