    I was working in the city in the day and going there on the weekend. It was a strange contrast. Only a mile away from my keyboard. I feel I did London from every angle in the 10 years I was there.

    Those raves were utter lawlessness. 60 year old guys from Hoxton limping with walking sticks selling crack openly. Mixing with computer programmers off their faces trying to blend in. I used to get asked if I was the police sometimes!
