Just considering a move to the gulf in the next few years (Kuwait/Dubai/Saudi/Qatar/Iraq) so would be useful info to me.
Thanks
I may be rejecting the offer... The package doesn't include accommodation , agent is saying come in Saudi Arabia and look around for a compound of your liking... but the britishexpats forum reports most compounds having a waiting list of 6 months. Yes Yes I will speak to the agent about this , but the first impression is they don't care where I will be staying. Frankly , turns out , these compounds are seriously guarded ... probably for good reasons. So the situation may arise where I can't get into a compound and have to throw all my money on a central hotel....
A Muslim agent called me from somewhere. They must have gotten me from monster uk. Didn't ask for references , just interview and bang! It looks like is for a modest IT consultancy - probably less than 40 people. The 8 000 USD , no accommodation package seems to be a really crappy deal ... but still researching.Last edited by gooddayall; 10 March 2010, 23:22.
