I had to do my own leaving presentation this week. Luckily I'm doing the leaving, and I'm leaving for a better paid contract.

My speech was crap and half-hearted. I was leaving them and they all knew it
(One poor chap once had to give a leaving speech when his contract was terminated...!) Still, you never know when you might work with various folk again so best to be on good form.
