The Old 6 wasn't bad for it's time and one of the very very few good looking BMs - the others - 8 series, Z8 and the current 1 and 3 coupes. All the others are ugly ugly ugly. Current 6 is an exceptionally ugly car driven by ugly people.

JD Power 2009 puts the 3 Series at 20th and the Golf at 24th, maybe BMW have better PR people? No Euro manufacturer can touch the Japs though.

Because they've already got cautioned, been given an Asbo and the police wont bother as it just means too much paperwork.

Caterhams are great for track days but I'd feel as exposed as Clive in his C5 out on the roads.

Not sure how good they are in a crash but I do know that the Elise is better than expected due to it's bonded aluminium chassis that acts as big side impact bars, hence why it's a bit of a struggle clambering over them!

Had an Elise then Exige and been sitting around ever since waiting for the new Esprit.

Not sure about the Evora, seems just like a slightly larger Elise and I'd prefer something a bit more 'special' if paying that kind of money.
The lines and the interior are completely different in the Evora. But I can't see the appeal, it's a bit more clinical. The Elise has more character.

The Espirit is not out till later this year.

I can get in and out of them quite easily (being dinky at 5'3") Mr Norr on the other hand would have difficulty....

The Elise interior is lovely, the Evora - exterior very nice (same lines as an Aston), but the interior is very plain.
Exige nice in general. The Elise is my fave atm, they didn't have any Espirit.

Only downside is Mr Norr does not fit in any of them, looks like he won't be driving
