    Isn't Haggis a bit like black pudding in that the recipe is a matter of taste so varies on what's available and you like?

    I've had haggis a few times and found it generally nice.

    Cullen Skink I've had under several different names, really nice, but I love fish dishes and soups so it's win/win for me.
