Somehow a copy of the latest Sherlock Holmes film is playing in HAB hovel at the moment.

Pearl Harbour was on tonight.
Epic example of a big budget cockup, truly awful.

I can't be arsed to do that from Sky+ they don't exactly make it easy, also the kids are telling me off now for not watching my stuff as they want to eat up the hard-disk with their H20 and Hannah Montana and whatever - maybe one day when I am debt free I will get a freeview recorder.Originally posted by Pogle View PostSo you can record them, store them on the DVD's hard drive and then watch them when you want to and fast forward through the ad's

"The Little Girl who lived down the Lane" is on TCM tonight. Does your tea tastes of almonds, Mr Sheen?
I'm watching "The Parent Trap" remake at the moment. Apparently there's a new video of Lindsay Lohan about to be released, which is probably nothing like The Parent Trap and won't be on Channel 4.Last edited by VectraMan; 16 January 2010, 19:40.

Also 'Chaos' 3 a.m. Sunday morning, BBC4. I saw the first 5 minutes in bed the other night and it immediately put me to sleep. Interesting programmes have that effect. Probably not long after the point where it was said that even in a mechanical deterministic universe with simple rules, chaos means even a superdupercomputer can't predict things. wtf <sleeps>

Don't you need the paid for version to get it to actually write anything over about 100Mb
