    Gosh.

They must be rich in Abergavenny.
Speaking as a pedantic bastard, I feel the desperate need to tell you that there is a Waitrose in Monmouth.

Thanks. I feel a lot better now.

Threaded, don't you mean you eat everything you grow, plus a couple of extra pies for good measure?

The only way to eatproperly these days is to shop at places like these. And you don't even have to go anywhere as they deliver free of charge

You know it makes sense. Read Not On The Label and change your ways
Becs is right. If you're shopping at supermarkets and eating their sh1te you're not eating properly anyway.

Get fresh produce, sourced locally wherever possible, delivered direct to your doorstep and cut the rapacious supermarkets out of the chain. I highly recommend these people for fruit, veg and fish, and these people for meat.

I can't wait for my Christmas deliveries!

You should do it Hyper. I often bring home a couple of well hung peasants. And the wife, though apprehensive at first, seems to really enjoy them.

Some of the Farmers' markets are good as well.

I did that when they existed. they weren't necessarily better, and that certainly went for the butcher. The fishmonger is still there but after about 11.30 all he has is kippers.
