    Can't find the ice scraper? A credit card works great. It'll take a bit longer to clean the ice off your windows, but it's quicker than letting the defroster do the job and it's safer than driving with iced-up windows

    Dunno if anyone's said but when u phone the bank and u scrabble about for ages listening to 'I'm sorry, I didn't get that....' while u fumble in ur wallet for the 16 digit number and eventually u get it in before it times u out again - then a real person answers and asks u for the 16 digit number u just put in.

    BASTARDS!!!! Why ask to input it if the real person can't see it?
