Previously on "Recommend me some internet radio stations"
I used to listen to launchcast on yahoo where you could create your own station. You'd tell it the type of music and bands you liked and it would play their music. It would also look at who else liked those bands and what other bands they liked and would throw you some of these tracks. It was great for expanding your musical tastes as it played music that you would probably never have listened to. But they have killed it off now
I used to use choiceradio.com also but it's blocked here
industrial ebm, like Front 242, Nitzer Ebb, Die Krupps
Old school synthwork : Depeche Mode, OMD, Kraftwerk
Goth : Sisters of Mercy, Fields of the Nephilim, The Mission
Modern Darkwave/Electro.
Typically out of 20 modern songs, 1 or 2 will be old school.
I use the IE8 radio station plug in and searched for schwarze-welle.
I spend so long listening to the World Service, Radio 2, Radio 4, Radio 7 and Planet Rock on DAB that I cannot find time to listen to any Internet radio stations.
Caught a show last night while I was waiting for 'Mort' called Date with Fate: Nice little number. Had the great like ''removed his hand from the glove puppet of rational thought"
