Look on the bright side though - If the site owners are based in China, as those details indicate, and they do turn out to be scammers, then they'll be shot and the bill for the bullets sent to their relatives.

Dodgy looking website
This site was a sponsored link at the top of Gmail (flip knows why - I have nay interest in naff women's bootees).
Does anyone else think it looks well dodgy (if credible to the less savy)?
