I used them just the once a number of years ago. They shipped me a dead intel CPU and when I tried to send it back for a replacement/refund they didn't want to know and accused me of breaking it I ended up £150 out of pocket.

    Never again.

Overclockers, ebuyer, amazon & dabs have all been faultless for me over the years.

Yeah, I wouldn't trust Dabs' stock control system to know how much of anything it has. I tried ordering an internet radio last month. The main page said it was in stock, the page detailing the item stated it was in stock, the order receipt said it was in stock. How ever it was not in stock and hadn't been so for a couple of months apparently.

Bit difficult to print a return label for minus two disks though.

It's the worst case when stuff is missing - usually people don't buy many items - I should have used credit card to pay for goods, that would make disputes a bit easier

Yep, that's been my experience too.

I've never had a problem with dabs. I've used them for years. Their charges are competitive. I struggle to find 100base-T cables cheaper. And sometimes their cockups are in your favour - like the time I got a £400 printer for £150!

Also never had a problem with returns..no charge either.

We did not buy diamonds threaded, so yes they would certainly fit

I had that. I pointed out the physical impossibility of delivering what they said they'd delivered in the delivery box used. They relented, eventually.

So I'd suggest you check the box to see if 10 would fit in it.

Price seems a bit lower, but I tend to buy from tried and tested retailers - once you are a big client of them doing returns (that are inevitable with our volumes) much easier.
