Just combined a power nap and my version of 'releasing the seals' in trap 2. Much refreshed, but have mentally pencilled in another 10 minutes in a couple of hours.

Is it bad form to have a couple of power naps in trap 2 during the day, or should I stick to a couple of gallons of espresso?
