from what I have read...the bit I don't get is these 3 people hardly knew each other - Knox and Sollecito 2 weeks, knox and Guede met once before, sollecito and Guede never met before the night of the murder.
yet they embarked on a sexual assult & murder...seemingly out of the blue.
I don't think that is a casual thing that just happens...

And helping to clean up the mess, framing one guilty, trying to frame one completely innocent individual and changing your story many times doesn't help your case.....Originally posted by NotAllThere View PostEncouraging the action makes you party to the murder. In fact, not actively seeking to prevent it could also put you in the frame. Then there's aiding and abetting - what where you doing? Driving the getaway car?
Allowing a death through criminal behaviour is also murder in many countries.

You mean the chap who was executed when he probably shouldn't have been? I am not sure that that is the best example to use.Originally posted by gingerjedi View PostIt's called 'joint enterprise', ever heard of Derek Bentley?
I agree with the rest of your point though.

If you were there you're as guilty as the perpetrator.

I was pissed & I think it possibly was a bit too opinionated, that's why I edited it. For the record though, I think she's as guilty as sin.Originally posted by RichardCranium View PostWurzel, there was nothing wrong with the version you posted in the middle of the night, BTW.

The nickname was given to her as a primary school girl because she was good at football.Originally posted by Alf W View PostIt's a bit of a 'cutesy' nickname for someone who's just been convicted of slashing some poor girl's throat in a sex game isn't it?
What next? The Yorkshire Ripper re-branded as 'Cheeky Pete'.
Apparantly.
Why it's being dragged up now is anyones guess....
