My client talks about "monitoring internet access" and then gives me nothing to do. I just surf the web and be damned.

Had the same problem at my place, so I had a "back-up" broadband line installed
Now it's xbox multiplayers taking up most of my day

Already done my BAU stuff up to 2013, exceeded my deliverables months ago and cleared their service improvement plans till the next millennium, counted the tiles on every wall, floor and ceiling in the building and learned the German and Norwegian phonetic alphabet (backwards)

Open GMail in a tab and forget about it. Ditto with Telegraph. The AJAX calls they make will fill their logs and mask your real activity. Tell your colleagues to do the same and they won't see the wood for the trees.
