    That's filling up the curriculum with stuff we used to learn from parents.

    At that age we were busy working our way through Flavel and Wakelyn and some cracking science books with pictures of planets and everything. And my chemistry set.

    The truancy statistics for the first two terms of the last school year show 1.03% of school sessions were missed without permission, up from 0.97%.
