Kilmarnock is a total dump so I do not know what a mansion counts for there but anyone called Clarissa going to Glasgow Academy should be shot at and firebombed.
Surely fire-bombing your neighbours results in more noise disturbance than a party? Not least emanating from those annoying wailing fire-engine woo-woo makers.
