Only one needed doing. In the kitchen, the first from the boiler. The rest were fine. I'll give it a couple of days and check again.

Years ago, when Mrs Tester was a student nurse and I was a newly unemployed graduate, we kept ourselves warm at night by eating plenty of sauerkraut before going to bed. The resulting gas emissions could warm up the bed quicker than any central heating system.

Dude, you were married to a young student nurse, and the best thing to keep the bed warm was this?

Yep, you just have to make sure there are no gaps between quilt and bed where the gas might escape.
