It's not loyalty to demonstrate professionalism in how your company treats clients. A company should act respectfully and professionally to clients at all times... and that includes professionally refusing to provide services if the situation demands it.
But we're not companies in reality...we're bodies to fill a need - I agree you can do it professionally - but in reality they've shown no respect and little humanity, so they don't deserve much back - by all means, have loyalty if you've been treated well, and respectfully...but don't be crapped on.
Don't get me wrong, I'm very professional at work, but can't believe the expectations of people to bow to companies is bizarre really - eventually it boils down to profits in someone's pocket. Your own sanity / livelihood is much more important.
