They were police images taken over a course of 10 years, she is dead now I think.

I would be concerned working with someone that was on crystal meth whilst on the job. Stuff is pretty hard core and someone doing it in a work car park is a wee bit worse than the guy who sites next to you doing a few lines of Charlie on a Saturday night.
Doubt I would grass on him though unless his behavour was abnormal and he seemed to be a risk.
