That is one way of interpreting that data. Another is "Demand continues to slump at ten year low" where "ten year" is probably more like 35 years.

In process engineering, I've never seen so few, virtually zero in fact, jobs.

Totals job postings also increased by 6% from August , but are still down 66% from september last year .
