The toilets and coffee suck. That's consistent with the rate scale. The rate is great the best in years but the toilets and coffee are highly questionable!

Sounds lkike they had an issue with staff spending too long in the toilets so tried to solve it.

I'm very probably returning to the place next to the gym you go to with the frosted glass, crap coffee and a crap rate.

Not yet, but i saw his last post asking for the loan of a Black and Decker with Gloryhole attachment so assume he's sorting it out.

You can take your own coffee. Toilets are a little harder to solve, although I'm interested what factors come into play when rating toilets? Number of turds on the floor, holes drilled through the walls, and so on?

Some clients toilets are luxury by comparison, one I remember even provided moisturiser and individual little paper towels - great.
