Sends a meeting request 15 minutes before he wants to have the meeting (teleconference), says he'll phone me, and then phones me 5 minutes before the scheduled time to make sure I'll be at my desk, and then won't continue to talk to me about the issues, insisting on calling me back at the scheduled time.
