This is a VERY dodgy tool. If a strong player has 5 villages and one of them is maxed out, this tool will flag it as a good prospect for raiding.
If an aggressive player is putting everything into soldiers and not growing his village, this tool will flag him as being absent, when in fact he might be the most active player in the game.
