No cure.
The only things that will help you are:
1. Don't work in a heavy air conditioned environment
2. Avoid public transport
3. Eat and drink properly. Cut down on the alcohol, illegal substances, legal drugs that don't do any good and stop smoking.
4. Get a good nights sleep
5. Do regular exercise when not ill
Plus take sinutab (or whatever it's called) or other cheaper tablets for sinusitis that contain pseudoephedrine hydrochloride when inflicted.
