Well most of what I do for the last 5 years has been around compliance and regulatory requirements, so I figured the logical extension of that was to get into the legal side of things. It's a long term plan, 6 years to get qualified, but I'm aiming to get into the Corporate side of it with the current employers Legal Counsel along the way ( He's in house, and I've helped him out already with a few bits around Data Protection doing the legwork he doesnt have time for ).

Right, first steps taken on getting out of IT. Not exactly a plan B yet, but it's got the wheels in motion.
Best part is, current employers are paying for it
