Working on course materials for the gig I'm doing in Malaysia 6th / 7th October.
Has anyone else when leading a training course ever spent an hour stood in front of the mirror practising their lines?

Latest update from the people who've never been on site and have no idea what we're doing is that we're ready to hit the big green button.
This could get messy on Monday.

Bank Holiday? Bah, humbug!
When I'm in a gig, it's a day's money lost.
When I'm not, it's a day's gig-hunting lost.
Bank Holidays are just a big skive for permies.
They should be abolished.

Bought and just fitted a new wireless cyclocomputer, and got some Bloc shades with interchangeable lenses. Bit pissed myself at the mo so hope all's set up ok.
Cycling first thing tomorrow then off to watch the rugby league cup final at Wembley, followed by carnage.
Sunday: chilling at a mate's house with BBQ weather dependant.
Monday: no plans so far. Probably more cycling and then spending some quality time with Mrs RH.
