My local gym has put up notices requesting people to ban themselves for a week if they diagnose themselves with swine flu. You also have to disinfect your hands with some kind of noxious liquid they provide at the turn style.

Skip Tamiflu, the effects can be worse than the actual flu and dose yourself up on Paracetamol and Ibuprofen.
