...I'd get a quote for a new energy efficient boiler.

Phoned one company . Engaged. Rang back. Engaged.

Used ringback.

Girls says "sorry we're so busy. We can hardly cope with the level of work at the moment."

"When can you get me a quote?"

"Diary is fully booked until end of September. What day would you like?"
