Certainly did. If you were quick enough (like me) you also got a free white vinyl single with extra songs including (t i t s) on it. Black and White was the name of an album by Todd Rundgren - the title track being Black and White - I'll believe it when I see it - in Black and White side two was all cover-versions - Good Vibrations and Strawberry Fields etc
Is PieBald the new Black and White ?
