I liked the songs and short clips when they first came out in the UK.

The TV shows are poorly produced, they lack the edge of the stage shows. As usual, HBO has taken a potentially great concept and wrung the heart & soul out of it, padding the rest out with stale filler.

The routines are over-done, Bret & Jermaine act like they know this, but have to churn it out anyway.

Still, through all the rubbish, there can be some great moments.

I like the songs but only saw the TV show once. Not sure... it probably takes a little getting in to.
    I'm more a Boosh fan.

I caught a couple of episodes while on a plane once and have been hooked ever since. Am ploughing through season two at the moment.

There are some dud episodes in season one though. I have a suspicion that this is down to some of the episodes being written by other writers in order to get the total number of episodes in a series up to American standards.

I have tried to listen to this in the radio versions.

I would rather remove my own eyeballs with a fork than try again.

"The most spectacularly dull, inane and pathetic rubbish ever to be broadcast" was what I concluded at the time.

Plot summary: some inept people don't get on when on the road.

I'll laugh when a dog farts but this programme held less appeal than that.

They are great from what I've seen of the stage shows, but to be honest, I found the series a little dull. Good to see Lucy "Xena" Lawless make an appearance though.

    This is funny:
