You know what would work is:-
Have contracts (or even permie jobs so we can laugh at them) advertised here on CUK, so long as the agent openly displays the rate and ot her important details, excluding client name of course.
Then we can rate the advert/agent/contract accordingly. i.e. is the contract real, is it a phishing attempt, was the agent forthcoming with information requested, was the contract as expected etc etc.
That would keep agents in line and also provide valuable feedback for contractors.
